Navigation in Law
The Law app is organized around a left sidebar for everyday work and separate hubs for finance, controlling, and administration.
Main sidebar sections

Routes match the sidebar: for example Posteingang is /inbox, Akten is /akten.
Full-width hubs
Some areas use their own sub-navigation and hide the main sidebar:
- Finanzen (
/finanzen) — Invoicing, open items, bank, trust money (Fremdgeld), accounting - Controlling (
/controlling) — Utilization, budgets, profitability (partner/controller roles) - Verwaltung (
/verwaltung) — Team, structure, integrations, templates (requires admin access)
Use the hub's own sidebar or back control to return to the main app.
Personal vs admin settings

If you do not see Verwaltung, your role does not include admin cockpit access. Ask your Kanzleimanager to adjust permissions.
Suite switcher
At the top of the sidebar, open the suite menu to switch to:
- Optimaite Law (current app)
- Optimaite Workspace — document editor
- Optimaite Business — if your tenant has it enabled
Cross-app links (e.g. open a document in Workspace, send for signing) preserve context where possible.
