Welcome to Optimaite Law
Optimaite Law is legal practice management software for law firms — cases, correspondence, deadlines, documents, time recording, and billing in one workspace.
The Optimaite suite
Your firm may use three products from the same account:

| Optimaite Law | Day-to-day case and practice management (this app) |
| Optimaite Workspace | Word-grade document editing, sheets, slides, and signing |
| Optimaite Business | Entity-centric inbox and business records (if enabled) |
Switch between products from the suite menu in the sidebar (top of the navigation). Documents you draft in Law often open in Workspace for editing or signing.
First login
Sign in
Open your firm's Law URL and sign in with the credentials your administrator provided.
Complete the welcome wizard
On first visit you may see Welcome (/welcome) with an optional setup stepper: firm profile, lawyer profile, practice areas, and template presets. You can complete these now or skip and return later.
Land on Mein Schreibtisch
After setup, you arrive at Mein Schreibtisch (/mein-schreibtisch) — your daily command center for deadlines, mail, and tasks.
Bookmark Mein Schreibtisch — it is the best starting point every morning.
