Analysis & Insights
Analyse (/analyse) continuously evaluates your business data using configurable rules and AI to surface actionable signals and insights.
Rules
Analysis rules are configurable conditions that the system evaluates against your data. Each rule generates typed signals when its conditions are met.
Rule structure
- Trigger — The data source and event that activates the rule (e.g., a new invoice, a changed budget line).
- Condition — The logical test applied to the data (e.g., amount exceeds threshold, due date is past).
- Signal type — The category and severity assigned to matching results.
Rules can be enabled or disabled per workspace. Administrators can create custom rules or use pre-built templates.
Templates
Templates are industry-specific bundles that include:
- Pre-configured analysis rules relevant to the sector
- Custom fields and data mappings
- Dashboard layouts optimized for common metrics
Apply a template to get started quickly, then customize individual rules to match your organization's thresholds and policies.
Signals
Signals are computed facts generated when an analysis rule matches. Each signal includes:
- Type — The rule category that produced the signal
- Severity — How urgent the finding is
- Context — The data points that triggered the rule
- Timestamp — When the signal was generated
Severity levels
| Level | German | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Critical | Kritisch | Immediate action required — e.g., regulatory breach, cash flow risk |
| High | Hoch | Significant risk or deviation — e.g., budget overrun above threshold |
| Medium | Mittel | Notable but not urgent — e.g., trending cost increase |
| Low | Niedrig | Informational — e.g., minor variance from plan |
| Info | — | General information — e.g., completed milestone, new data available |
Use the signal dashboard at /analyse/signals to filter by severity, type, date range, or source.
Insights
Insights are AI-generated narratives that combine multiple signals into a coherent story. Each insight includes:
- Summary — A plain-language explanation of the finding
- Evidence chain — The signals and data points supporting the conclusion
- Recommendation — Suggested actions based on the analysis
Insights are generated periodically and on-demand. The AI synthesizes signals across rules to identify patterns that individual signals may not reveal in isolation.
