Create a Presentation
From the home page, click Presentation in the creation row, or drag a .pptx file to upload an existing deck.
The Canvas
The slide canvas is a visual editor:
- Click to select elements (text boxes, shapes, images)
- Double-click text to edit inline
- Drag to reposition elements
- Resize handles to adjust dimensions
- Right-click for context menu (duplicate, delete, arrange, layout options)
Slide Management
The slide panel on the left shows all slides:
- Click a slide to navigate to it
- Drag to reorder slides
- Right-click for options (duplicate, delete, layout, skip in presentation)
- Add slide with the + button (choose a layout)
Themes & Layouts
- Themes control the overall color scheme, fonts, and background
- Layouts define where content goes on each slide (title, content, two-column, blank, etc.)
- Master slides define the base design for all slides using that layout
Presentation Mode
Press F5 to start presenting from the current slide. Controls:
| Key | Action |
|---|---|
| → or Space | Next slide |
| ← | Previous slide |
| Esc | Exit presentation |
| Number + ↵ | Jump to slide |
Animations
Add entrance, emphasis, and exit animations to elements. Animations play in sequence during presentation mode.
